Authors often get stuck on the first few chapters. They know what they want to happen halfway through but it’s hard to write a book if you don’t know what to write until a few chapters into the story. In this episode, I am giving you three tips to figure out how to start your novel, examples of movies that have great beginnings, and the importance of knowing your character’s goals when writing the beginning of your story.
